3D Designer

Role Overview

We seek a talented and imaginative 3D Designer to become part of our Architecture & Interior Design team. This position involves producing intricate 3D models, comprehensive interior layouts, and photorealistic renderings tailored to client needs and project guidelines.

Primary Duties

• Design and develop 3D models, interior arrangements, and realistic visual presentations for both residential and commercial projects.
• Generate detailed design schemes grounded on client inputs and architectural drawings.
• Create compelling 3D visualizations and presentation materials to clearly convey design ideas.
• Implement revisions to designs based on client feedback and team discussions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure precise implementation of design plans.
• Verify that designs comply with project criteria, correct dimensions, and deadlines.
• Keep project files organized and updated to reflect the latest design changes.

Required Competencies

• Advanced skills in 3D Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, walkthrough Photoshop, alongside other Interior Design tools.
• Sound grasp of interior design principles and architectural frameworks.
• Capability to produce detailed, realistic 3D visuals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of materials, textures, lighting effects, and space layout planning.
• Strong creative flair coupled with precise attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and aptitude for teamwork.
