Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and manage Tier 1 Enterprise accounts by identifying and creating fully qualified sales opportunities while strategically mapping whitespace within key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to target top-tier accounts using tailored messaging and Access' sales enablement technologies aligned with best practices.
- Consistently achieve personal monthly and quarterly KPIs while acting as a role model for the mid-market SDR team, contributing to wider sales objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Access' software solutions and industry trends, participate in exhibitions and meetings which may involve occasional overnight travel.
Candidate Profile
- Proven sales experience, preferably in opportunity generation roles, with a strong passion for technology and business development.
- Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by targets to achieve consistent results.
- Professional and enthusiastic demeanor in all interactions with clients.
- Friendly and sociable with excellent relationship-building skills.
