Role Overview

We are seeking a highly imaginative and seasoned Team Lead for 2D Motion Design to enhance our creative team located in Pune. This position demands superior expertise in 2D motion graphics and animation, strong storytelling capabilities through visuals, and experience in guiding creative teams to produce premium motion content.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of Motion Designers to maintain high-quality output and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Possess at least 7 years of professional motion design experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Exemplify mastery in 2D motion graphics, foundational animation techniques, and compelling visual storytelling.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of branding, advertising, and digital content development.
• Create style frames, animatics, and polished presentations for creative concepts.
• Excel in composition, typography, color theory, timing, and motion design principles.
• Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects while upholding quality standards.
• Display strong communication, organizational, and team leadership abilities.
• Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic production setting.
• Show meticulous attention to detail and maintain a focus on delivering top-notch quality.
