Implementation Engineer / Senior Implementation Engineer

Job Description

Work in partnership with project managers and clients to fully grasp the scope, goals, and timelines of projects. Devise comprehensive implementation strategies encompassing schedules, resource allocation, and risk evaluation. Set up and configure the essential software and hardware environments required for execution.

• Install and configure software solutions tailored to client specifications and project guidelines.
• Adjust software parameters to match client business processes and requirements.
• Ensure integration of the software with existing systems and databases to enable smooth data exchange and interoperability.
• Perform rigorous testing of the implemented software to verify it fulfills functional, performance, and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and eliminate any technical problems or bugs encountered during testing.
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to confirm the solution's readiness for deployment.
• Deliver user training to clients and end-users to optimize effective use of the implemented software.
• Develop supporting materials such as user manuals, documentation, and training guides to facilitate client onboarding and usage.
• Provide continuous technical support throughout and following the implementation phase, addressing client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams including developers, QA, and project management to guarantee successful project completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update on implementation progress and promptly address any concerns.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of software development and integration principles, including competency in programming languages, APIs, and database management essential for effective implementation and troubleshooting.
• Capability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and devise practical solutions to ensure seamless implementation with minimal operational disruption for clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with both cross-functional teams and clients, efficiently exchanging technical information and gathering requirements to drive project success.

Experience

5 to 7 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support in similar roles.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Languages

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Arabic.

Licenses and Certifications

Possession of SCE certification is required.
