Role Overview

The Forward Deployed Engineer will apply their creativity, problem-solving aptitude, and technical expertise to develop customized solutions that drive meaningful results. Embedded with ElevenLabs' most strategic customers, the engineer will encounter high-stakes projects, collaborating on technical architecture and product features to implement comprehensive integrations with full ownership of complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of significant projects for key partners, maintaining hands-on involvement with impactful solutions.
• Engage daily with customer engineering and executive teams to optimize the use of ElevenLabs technologies.
• Innovate by leveraging programming and technical skills to resolve intricate problems and enhance customer success.

Requirements

• Experience interacting with customers in technical roles, including involvement in student organizations or side projects, demonstrating an eagerness to collaborate with clients in technical capacities.
• Proficiency in Python programming along with thorough understanding of software development principles, software architecture, and API integrations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, particularly the capability to distill complex technical concepts and apply logical reasoning to develop effective solutions.

Location & Other Information

This is a remote-first position, open to candidates located anywhere within Saudi Arabia, though preference is given to those based in Riyadh. Fluency in both English and Arabic, as well as a nuanced understanding of regional and cultural contexts, is essential.
