The Role Overview
As a Claims Administrator, your focus will be to provide daily administrative assistance to the claims team, ensuring that work-related injury claims are submitted accurately and handled effectively. You will collaborate with Case Coordinators and Case Managers by managing key administrative duties, maintaining precise records within our case management system, and delivering courteous, professional support to clients, claimants, and stakeholders. This entry-level position is ideal for organized, motivated individuals eager to grow their career while being part of a supportive team environment.
