Role Overview

As a Tour Conversion Manager intern, you will be pivotal in transforming potential leads into committed customers by assisting them through physical planned tours and ensuring superior customer service using proficient English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective customers through phone and email to turn leads into confirmed bookings.
• Offer tailored advice and support based on customer preferences and requirements.
