Internship Role and Responsibilities

As a Telecalling intern, your routine tasks will include:

• Conducting outbound calls to both cold and warm prospects to present the company's offerings.
• Managing inbound and outbound customer queries by delivering information, resolving issues, and supporting with pricing details and basic troubleshooting.
• Presenting products or services persuasively, addressing objections, and converting leads into sales or arranging client meetings.
• Accurately updating customer details, call logs, and feedback within the CRM system.
• Striving to achieve or surpass daily and monthly goals related to call numbers, lead generation, and sales success.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible:

• Available for a full-time internship onsite.
• Can commence the internship anytime between August 29, 2026, and October 3, 2026.
• Commit to a 6-month duration.
• Possess relevant skills and keen interest in the role.

Additional Information and Terms

• Work schedule includes 5 working days per week.
• Location options include Amritsar, Dehradun, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Shimla, Mohali, Nainital, Haridwar, and Chandigarh.
