Join Brain Quest as a Product & UX Testing Intern, where you'll contribute to enhancing live digital products by rigorously testing them across various user journeys and scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of active products covering multiple workflows and user paths.
- Detect bugs, broken flows, and issues impacting usability and consistency.
- Evaluate websites and product features from an end-user perspective.
- Document problems meticulously, including reproduction steps, visual evidence, and comparison of expected versus actual behavior.
- Execute functional, regression, and usability tests across browsers and different devices.
- Collaborate closely with product management, design, and development teams to log and resolve identified issues.
- Recommend enhancements to simplify and clarify product functionality for users.
- Verify the effectiveness of fixes through retesting.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available to work remotely and start between August 14 and September 18, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship is required.
- Possess relevant skills and interests related to product testing and user experience.
- Preferably be a Computer Science Engineering student.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and inquisitive mindset toward product functionality.
- Good grasp of websites, applications, and fundamental digital user flows.
- Able to adopt a user-centric viewpoint to identify both technical glitches and usability challenges.
