About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in managing product catalogs, procurement, and inventory for a dynamic pet care platform. You will collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth stock replenishment and maintain accurate data records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings including consumables, equipment, and grooming supplies using Shopify and ERP systems.
- Engage with vendors to gather quotes, prepare margin sheets, and update rate cards.
- Monitor procurement cycles and coordinate stock replenishment across multiple clinics.
- Perform inventory and pricing data cleanup to maintain data integrity.
- Track budgets for different categories related to clinic setups and expansions.
- Communicate with clinic teams to understand stock and ordering requirements.
- Create and maintain project trackers and generate regular reports.
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree; preference for supply chain, operations, or business streams.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with strong data management skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling repetitive data tasks.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in operations or procurement internships is advantageous but not mandatory.
