Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to work as a Motion Graphics and Video Editing intern at Troopr Labs, an innovative AI-driven company that supports over 3,000 global clients including major enterprises like Starbucks and Netflix. The role requires creating and refining video content that highlights product demos, feature releases, customer testimonials, tutorials, and social media clips.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Edit various video materials including product demonstrations, feature rollouts, customer stories, tutorial content, and social media videos.
- Design motion graphics such as title sequences, lower thirds, on-screen UI annotations, animated explanatory segments, and logo animations.
- Convert full-length footage into concise, platform-specific videos tailored for LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Animate user interface elements and screen recordings to effectively showcase product features and workflows.
- Perform audio enhancements, subtitle and caption addition, color adjustments, and prepare final exports optimized for multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to produce high-quality video deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong capabilities in motion graphics beyond simple video cuts and transitions.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen sense of pacing, typography, and composition.
- Ability to independently take rough concepts and produce polished video outputs efficiently.
- Responsive to feedback and able to deliver prompt iterations.
Preferred But Not Mandatory Skills
- Experience in sound design and audio mixing to enhance video quality.
- Familiarity with editing technology-focused content including SaaS and B2B product demos.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and screen recording techniques.
- Comfortable utilizing AI-powered tools to augment video editing and motion design processes.
Internship Details and Perks
The internship spans six months and requires a full-time commitment at the Bangalore office. Stipend provided is INR 25,000 per month. Interns will enjoy flexible working hours, a five-day workweek, and an informal dress code, fostering a relaxed and productive work environment.
