This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with cutting-edge interior design trends and technologies at a pioneering virtual reality-based startup. The company integrates innovative design software with contracting capabilities to provide comprehensive interior solutions for offices, residential, and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on the latest furniture designs, lighting techniques, materials, and experiential design movements.
- Keep abreast of evolving trends in interior design and experiential environments, especially those pertinent to the U.S. market.
- Contribute to conceptualizing layouts, themes, and ambiance for the Experience Centre.
- Investigate advanced technologies such as smart lighting, automation, and interactive design elements.
- Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and other visual materials to support design proposals.
- Work closely with both design and operations teams to ensure concepts are translated into concrete solutions.
- Document and track ongoing trends in interior and experiential design relevant to commercial applications.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or SketchUp is essential.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
- Strong skills in visualization, conceptual thinking, and creative storytelling.
- Effective communication, research, and presentation capabilities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for interior design and emerging trends in workplaces and experiential spaces.
- Preference will be given to students enrolled in design institutes such as NIFT, CEPT, or equivalent.
