About the Internship
This role involves assisting with comprehensive planning and execution of employee engagement events and activities. The intern will collaborate across departments to develop interactive initiatives and help coordinate internal communications to boost staff participation. Additionally, conducting surveys and analyzing feedback to assess employee satisfaction and engagement is a key part of this position.

Compensation and Benefits
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹18,000. Interns will receive a certificate upon completion of the internship and a potential job offer based on performance. Successful conversion to a regular employee may lead to an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹400,000.
