Health Tech Intern - Full Stack Development and Operations at StrideRX

About the Internship

This internship at StrideRX provides hands-on experience in both software development and healthcare operations within a telemedicine startup focused on men's health in India. The selected intern will primarily focus on enhancing and extending existing React-based applications using modern technologies, alongside supporting customer operations to ensure smooth patient and doctor interactions.

Development Responsibilities

• Expand and adapt React components to support new business verticals, emphasizing modification over complete redevelopment.
• Implement new features using React 18, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS to maintain a modern, efficient frontend.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding platforms such as Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT as standard tools, while critically assessing and correcting their output.
• Engage in backend development using Supabase Edge Functions and PostgreSQL databases.
• Maintain active integrations with services including Razorpay, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, and Meta platforms.
• Design and develop internal automation tools to minimize manual processes.

Operations Support

• Address issues arising in patient or doctor data and resolve any consultation-related problems.
• Manage booking processes for at-home blood tests and organize sample collection schedules online.
• Handle lab report uploads and generate analyzed reports via in-house tools.
• Professionally manage inbound patient communication on WhatsApp and phone with confidentiality.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for full-time, onsite internship based in Delhi.
• Internship commencement should be between August 13 and September 17, 2026.
• The duration of the internship is fixed at four months.
• Candidates should possess relevant technical skills and demonstrate sincere interest in health technology and operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi skills are required for interaction with patients and doctors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to develop and deploy a functioning React application; submission of a GitHub profile or live project necessary.
• Experience working with AI-driven coding tools and capacity to verify their accuracy.
• Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, Git version control, and navigating unfamiliar codebases.
• Exposure to backend and databases such as Supabase, Firebase, Node.js, or SQL.
• Professional and discreet communication skills suited for sensitive health topics.
• A motivated, organized individual eager to contribute across development and care operations roles.
• Additional advantage given to candidates familiar with WhatsApp Business tools, payment gateways, or automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script.

Compensation and Benefits

• A monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 13,000.
