About the Role
Join our innovative team as a Growth Analyst intern, working remotely to help enhance our AI-driven personalized competitive exam preparation platform. You will support growth initiatives focusing on data-driven marketing funnels and user engagement analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sustain a weekly dashboard that monitors funnel metrics such as lead sources, cost per lead, sign-ups for diagnostics, webinar participation, and conversion rates across stages.
- Analyze performance of marketing content and campaigns across channels including Instagram, email/WhatsApp, YouTube, and webinars to recommend which activities to expand or pause.
- Develop and execute two-week growth experiments with clearly defined hypotheses, success indicators, and discontinuation criteria, ensuring objective evaluation even for unsuccessful tests.
- Perform cohort analysis to detect behavioral patterns during users' initial sessions that forecast long-term retention and engagement.
- Ensure high-quality CRM and analytics data by maintaining accurate source attribution for every lead and consistent tagging.
- Deliver comprehensive weekly funnel reviews every Friday summarizing key trends, underlying causes for performance shifts, and action plans for forthcoming priorities.
- Conduct competitive research in the CAT exam preparation sector, analyzing competitors’ products, pricing, content approaches, and funnels, then translate findings into practical growth experiment proposals.
