Role Overview
This full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai seeks a Full Stack Engineer to contribute to both front-end and back-end components of web and mobile applications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design with functionality, writing scalable code, troubleshooting, and optimizing user experience and system performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications and cross-platform mobile apps.
- Design RESTful APIs and backend services ensuring security and scalability.
- Integrate databases and third-party APIs into applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Debug, optimize, and refactor code as necessary across platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.
- Assist with deployment, monitoring, and resolving production issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with mobile app development using Flutter or React Native, including API integration and app lifecycle management.
- Proficient with Node.js frameworks like Express or Nest.js for backend development, with skills in secure and scalable RESTful API design.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as JWT and OAuth.
- Database experience in MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL with schema design and query optimization.
- Familiarity with Git version control, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and security best practices.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments.
- Bonus skills include Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, basic DevOps/server management, and experience in startup or product-based companies.
