You will assist prospective clients through account registration, documentation, and verification procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding journey. Maintaining communication with leads, updating records, and collaborating closely with the team to achieve outreach and conversion goals are key parts of the role.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential investors and introduce them to our investment and market services.
- Guide clients through account sign-up, explaining available tools and benefits.
- Assist in completing online paperwork and verification needed to activate accounts.
- Follow up regularly with leads, aiding their onboarding and tracking progress.
- Keep lead and application data current for effective follow-up.
- Work collaboratively to meet assigned outreach, conversion, and onboarding targets.
- Handle basic questions from customers ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
