About the internship
Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in managing client onboarding, operational workflows, and coordinating content publishing related to equity analysis. Interns will work closely with multiple teams to optimize processes and support business visibility efforts within a financial services company focused on identifying promising investment opportunities in undervalued stocks on Indian stock exchanges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire client onboarding process, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and maintaining database workflows.
- Maintain management information systems (MIS), dashboards, and operational trackers to ensure transparency and business insights.
- Coordinate the execution of content publishing across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the research and content teams to streamline operations.
- Identify areas for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Perform structured client servicing and manage consistent operational communications.
- Support initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows and addressing process gaps.
