About the Internship
This internship involves engaging with students and parents interested in IT training and internship programs offered by the organization. The intern will communicate with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email to assess their background and career objectives, recommending suitable courses accordingly. Clear and transparent communication regarding course details including structure, fees, duration, and placement support is required. Managing leads and maintaining an updated enquiry pipeline in the CRM or tracking tool is part of the role. Additionally, the intern will coordinate demo sessions and counseling meetings with trainers, document daily call reports, track conversion statistics, and gather feedback from candidates. There is also involvement in supporting college outreach initiatives, webinars, and admission campaigns.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 3 months.
- The internship start date should fall between August 17, 2026, and September 21, 2026.
- Candidates should have relevant skills and a keen interest in this position.
- Confident communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are essential.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls and engaging conversations with students and parents.
- Any graduate or final-year student can apply; experience in counseling, telecalling, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
