About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in managing and enhancing customer relations for FarmDidi, a women-led social enterprise devoted to empowering rural women food entrepreneurs. The selected intern will actively resolve customer issues, manage orders and returns, maintain strong communication channels, and collaborate across departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer complaints while upholding high satisfaction standards.
- Handle customer orders, manage returns and refunds, and resolve delivery concerns.
- Engage with customers regularly to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to highlight opportunities for service improvement.
- Work closely with warehouse, operations, and sales teams to efficiently resolve customer-related matters.
- Maintain thorough and updated customer records using CRM and communication tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026. They should be prepared to commit to a three-month internship period and possess relevant skills and a keen interest in customer experience.
Stipend and Perks
- Fixed monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.
- Additional incentive pay of ₹1 to ₹2 per month.
- Certificate of completion upon successful internship fulfillment.
