Community Management Intern

About the Role

Join Clay D2C Club as a Community Management Intern, where you'll contribute to a leading capital ecosystem focused on empowering D2C founders through debt and equity funding programs. Operating out of Hyderabad or Bangalore, this internship offers hands-on experience within a team that supports social media marketing, community engagement, lead generation, and client interaction in the investment banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of social media marketing plans aimed at enhancing online community interaction and expanding brand presence.
• Monitor, manage, and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across social media platforms to uphold a positive digital reputation.
• Engage in lead generation activities by conducting outreach and networking with potential clients, particularly within investment banking.
• Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to produce compelling content for social media, newsletters, and other communication mediums.
• Evaluate marketing campaign data and performance measurements to assess effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute ideas during team meetings and brainstorming sessions for innovative marketing campaigns.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional initiatives that foster community involvement and support customer acquisition.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship based in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
• Internship period of six months, starting immediately between August 17, 2026 and September 21, 2026.
• Demonstrated interest and skills relevant to community management, social media marketing, lead generation, and investment banking.

Additional Information

• This internship includes a monthly stipend ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000.
• Successful interns may receive a job offer post completion.
