Join the Renu Sharma Health Care And Education Foundation in a client servicing role, working remotely to support our mission of improving healthcare and education access for underserved populations. This internship suits individuals with strong command over spoken and written English, who are eager to contribute to social impact projects focused on healthcare and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, addressing their feedback and requirements.
- Engage with clients through multiple communication channels such as emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth and timely service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both clients and internal team members.
- Perform research and analysis to aid various client-related projects and foundation initiatives.
- Offer administrative assistance to the client servicing department.
- Help organize events and workshops to promote the foundation’s healthcare and education activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available to work remotely during the internship period.

Additional Information
