About the Role
Talent Corner HR Services is seeking a motivated and self-assured intern to take on the role of Campus Relation Executive. This position centers on fostering partnerships with educational institutions and their placement cells to enhance campus recruitment efforts. The intern will act as a liaison interacting with students and various campus stakeholders, supporting recruitment campaigns, and gaining hands-on experience with AI-driven recruitment technologies, HR systems, candidate sourcing, and recruitment data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong connections with campus stakeholders to boost company visibility and attract prospective talent.
- Communicate effectively with students to advocate internship and employment opportunities presented by the company.
- Manage client relationships by applying strategies that ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to systematically handle candidate data and application tracking.
- Participate in the arrangement and execution of campus-related events such as career fairs and information sessions to promote the company.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to pinpoint and connect with promising candidates on college campuses.
- Provide constructive feedback to refine the campus recruitment strategies and improve operational processes.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-person internship in Mumbai lasting three months, starting between August 18, 2026, and September 22, 2026.
- Preferred candidates hold an MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business Management, or similar disciplines; students from HR, Recruitment, or Marketing backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be proficient in digital research, comfortable using online platforms, and familiar with generative AI tools.
- Successful applicants are expected to embody the role of a student ambassador, demonstrating proactivity and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Details
- The internship is full-time and based onsite at the Mumbai office.
- A monthly stipend ranging between INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 will be provided.
