About the Role
Intento is a social matching application designed specifically for the Indian audience, aimed at connecting individuals on campus who share similar interests such as gym partnerships, coffee meets, finding flatmates, study buddies, and fest companions. The platform facilitates real-life meetings by matching users with others posting aligned intents.
Key Responsibilities
- Energize your campus by initiating the first wave of users on Intento, timing efforts around orientation or fest weeks to maximize engagement.
- Drive growth metrics for Intento within your college, focusing on app installations, active students publishing intents, and subsequent meetups.
- Lead and coordinate on-campus activations and events, including organizing festival booths and community challenges like "you+1" to find study or gym partners.
- Create and encourage content generation, especially reels showcasing meetups, to showcase Intento as the prevalent social app on campus.
- Develop and nurture an on-ground community through WhatsApp and Instagram groups, department and hostel representatives, and word-of-mouth promotions, becoming the trusted face of Intento at your college.
- Recruit and manage a small team of sub-ambassadors across various departments and hostels to organically grow user density.
