About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in business development and sales roles within a dynamic startup that merges physical and digital toy experiences. Interns will be responsible for engaging with customers through calls and messaging platforms, assisting with product recommendations and order placements, as well as coordinating with logistics and vendors. The role also includes visits to local vendors, exhibitions, and retail outlets, managing inventory and daily operations, and tracking orders and returns. Interns will maintain detailed reports using spreadsheet tools and contribute to operations and business growth efforts.
Applicant Criteria
- Applicants must be able to commit full-time, on-site work in Mumbai for a three-month period.
- Availability to commence between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026, is required.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills aligned with ecommerce, sales, and operations.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly remuneration ranges from ₹6,000 to ₹15,000, comprising a base stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 and incentives of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000.
- Successful conversion to full-time employment can yield an annual salary between ₹3,00,000 and ₹4,50,000.
