About the Internship

Vibez Estates Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based real estate company focusing on agricultural plots, farmland, villa plots, and premium land development in regions such as Sakleshpur, Chikkaballapur, Channapatna, and Chikkamagaluru, is offering a Business Development internship in sales. This role is targeted at enthusiastic, ambitious candidates who wish to develop their expertise in communication, sales, marketing, and presentation skills within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake market research activities to identify prospective clients and emerging market trends.
• Formulate and execute effective sales plans aimed at attracting new customers and generating revenue growth.
• Partner with the marketing division to produce compelling promotional content and campaigns.
• Establish and nurture enduring client relationships to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support organizing and participating in sales meetings and promotional events to highlight company offerings.
• Use CRM platforms to monitor sales actions and measure progress against targets.
• Deliver routine reports and updates to management regarding sales results and prospective opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship based in Bangalore.
• Internship start date must be between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026.
• Availability for the entire 3-month duration is required.
• Applicants should have relevant interests and skills in sales, marketing, presentation, and communication.

Additional Information

• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to 20,000.
• Certificate and letter of recommendation will be provided upon completion.
