About the Internship

This internship aims to recruit a detail-focused Business Analyst intern who will effectively connect business teams with technology groups. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs, alongside identifying opportunities to enhance processes and supporting the creation of innovative digital financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and process mapping to clarify needs.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA personnel, and Compliance teams.
• Examine current business workflows to suggest improvements.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.
• Establish acceptance criteria and ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Analyze data for the creation of reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to assist decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
• Track product performance and propose enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar fields.
• Have up to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending systems, Loan origination/management, Insurance, or Financial Services sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation techniques.
• Familiarity with payment systems, digital banking, lending platforms, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
• Available to begin the internship between August 11, 2026, and September 15, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 3-month internship period is required.
• Possess relevant interests and skills aligned with the internship role.

Stipend and Benefits

• A monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.

Additional Information

• Successful interns who transition into permanent roles can expect an annual salary between ₹450,000 and ₹800,000.
