About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience developing machine learning and large language model (LLM) applications. The role involves building prototypes such as AI agents and workflow automations, supporting predictive modeling, and improving ML solution reliability under experienced engineer guidance. It is a remote position designed for candidates with relevant skills who can commit to a three-month period.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prototype ML/LLM-driven applications, including AI agents and multi-step automation tools.
- Utilize agentic coding platforms like Claude Code to structure code, write test cases, and iteratively enhance experiments alongside senior engineers.
- Contribute to predictive modeling efforts, including classification, forecasting, and estimation models for automating decisions.
- Participate in creating evaluation datasets and testing frameworks such as regression suites and ablation studies.
- Assist in defining metrics to measure AI/ML experiment success and evaluate outcomes.
- Execute experiments, monitor outcomes carefully, and document insights effectively for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with ML engineers to ensure reproducibility, version control, and monitoring of models.
- Support efforts to deploy AI/ML systems into production, focusing on enhancing stability and performance.

Compensation and Benefits
