This internship offers hands-on experience in intelligence gathering and research focused on UK industrial, manufacturing, and energy sectors. The role involves identifying potential business targets and tracking relevant corporate trigger events to support enterprise data governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research mid-to-large UK companies with revenues exceeding 100 million GBP or more than 500 employees using public databases such as Companies House, The Gazette, and legal dockets.
- Monitor significant regulatory and operational events including SAP S/4HANA migrations, site closures, corporate carve-outs, and private equity restructurings.
- Perform preliminary legal feasibility assessments to evaluate potential challenges related to litigation holds or sensitive consumer personal data within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and maintenance records.
- Identify and validate contact information for senior executives including General Counsels, Chief Data Officers, and Chief Financial Officers to support targeted communication strategies.
- Compile concise intelligence briefs summarizing company ERP details, data archives, and detected trigger events, which will be forwarded to Vedron's core team for further action.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹50,000, consisting of a fixed component (₹8,000–10,000) and an incentive portion (₹10,000–40,000).
