AI Content Creator Internship - Work From Home

Overview

EASTEAM, a New York-based innovative womenswear and creative agency, is offering a remote internship for an AI Content Creator. The company, known for blending fashion with AI-driven editorial and talent management, seeks a proactive and organized individual to support their creative operations during a significant growth phase, including the SS26 launch and expansion of AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce weekly sets of 20 to 30 finalized AI-generated images and videos showcasing product designs, varied locations, and multiple content styles for both paid advertising and organic social media.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of garments in all outputs, maintaining precise details like silhouette, necklines, seams, hardware, and colors aligned with actual products.
• Maintain realistic and consistent visual characteristics of AI influencers across all content, preserving consistent facial features, body type, hair, and styling to convey recurring personas.
• Create talking-head videos by using approved scripts to generate voiceovers and synchronize lip movement across multiple formats such as street interviews, testimonials, green screen, and stage setups.
• Edit and finalize media assets by resizing to 9:16 and 1:1 formats, adding captions, audio, pacing, and captivating elements within the first two seconds, delivering files optimized for various social platforms.
• Analyze Meta ad performance to determine effective hooks, formats, angles, and characters, then develop subsequent creative iterations based on these insights.
• Maintain organized asset libraries by adhering to file naming and folder protocols, logging outputs in Notion, and documenting prompts and seeds to reproduce successful results.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to work remotely within Eastern Standard Time hours (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST).
• Practical experience with generative image and video AI models demonstrated through a portfolio or reel, which is mandatory for application review.
• Familiarity with several AI tools and models such as Higgsfield, Seedance/Kling/Veo-class video generators, Flux/Nano Banana/SDXL-class image generators, ComfyUI, Replicate or fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and lip-sync technologies.
• Strong prompt engineering skills including reference image usage, image-to-image and image-to-video techniques, character identity locking, inpainting, and skillful corrections rather than frequent re-generations.
• Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects combined with an aesthetic sense for fashion, beauty, and social media content; ability to deliver on tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

• This internship is fully remote with a work schedule aligning with EST hours.
• The program duration is 3 months, with immediate start dates available between August 18, 2026, and September 22, 2026.
• A competitive monthly stipend ranging from INR 47,456 to INR 47,852 is offered.
