About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting the daily administrative functions of a leading food service consultancy based in Jaipur. The intern will collaborate closely with the Administration Executive, performing essential administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing routine administrative tasks alongside the Admin Executive.
- Update and maintain office records, files, and documentation with accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors and track follow-ups to maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Help oversee inventory and office supplies to ensure availability of essentials.
- Generate basic reports, handle data entry, and prepare management information system (MIS) documents as requested.
- Carry out additional administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship based in Jaipur.
- Internship start date should fall between August 17, 2026, and September 21, 2026.
- Commitment to a continuous six-month internship period is required.
- Applicants must possess relevant skills and strong interest in administrative functions.
