About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with substantial expertise, possessing over five years of direct experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform. Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules, coupled with practical skills in configuration and customization tailored to organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Maintain and develop ServiceNow applications with at least five years of hands-on development experience.
- Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or other related modules.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript for scripting activities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and utilizing Flow Designer.
- Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
