About the Role
We are looking to hire a specialized Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise IT Solutions team based at our headquarters in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a proficient developer with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of HR and Payroll functional workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Payroll teams during monthly cycles to guarantee uninterrupted operations and quickly resolve issues.
- Maintain and support standard Oracle HRMS (version R12.2.X) as well as custom applications utilizing Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, and Fast Formula tools.
- Facilitate and ensure smooth data integration between HRMS, Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and various third-party systems.
- Adhere strictly to data security policies and corporate governance when developing or modifying applications.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
- At least five years of combined technical and functional experience with Oracle EBS HRMS, specifically Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules in version R12.2.X.
- Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the work culture and environment in Qatar and the GCC region is preferred.
Technical Skills Required
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HR and Payroll operational processes.
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL programming and debugging.
- Expertise in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) for technical development and customization.
- Proficient in Oracle Workflow for customization and system maintenance.
