Work Environment and Hours
- Enjoy a structured and collaborative team atmosphere that prioritizes safety and mutual support.
- Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed, eliminating shift work.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging driving lessons blending practical driving skills with necessary theoretical knowledge.
- Design individualized training programs tailored to each learner’s unique learning styles and needs.
- Offer constructive feedback, monitor learner progress, and acknowledge achievements.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Comply fully with traffic laws and safety regulations, modeling exemplary responsible driving behavior.
- Keep abreast of latest advancements in training methodologies and educational practices.

- Bring a positive and proactive attitude every day to foster team spirit.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess at minimum a Class 3 driving license; Class 4 license is preferred. Class 2 or 2B together with Class 3 licenses are also considered.
- Have at least three years of driving experience with a clean record (fewer than 6 demerit points).
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for coaching and mentoring others.
- Demonstrate ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook.
