Job Overview
We are recruiting full-time Light Drivers for roles based in the United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibility involves safely transporting staff, documents, equipment, and materials as per designated routes and schedules, while abiding by UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate light vehicles safely following assigned routes and schedules.
- Convey employees, documents, materials, or approved items securely.
- Conduct routine checks on fuel, tires, lights, brakes, oil, and overall vehicle condition.
- Ensure the vehicle assigned is clean and ready for use at all times.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel use, and vehicle operation.
- Promptly report any mechanical faults, accidents, delays, or traffic violations.
- Adhere strictly to UAE driving regulations and company health and safety standards.
- Communicate courteously with passengers, clients, supervisors, and coworkers.
- Assist with operational tasks and adjust duties as required flexibly.
Candidate Eligibility & Qualifications
- Must hold an Indian passport.
- Possession of a cancelled UAE visa is mandatory; candidates without this will not be considered.
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license required.
- Previous experience driving light vehicles in the UAE is preferred.
- Well-versed with UAE roads, traffic rules, and routes.
- Clean driving record devoid of major traffic infractions.
- Basic understanding of vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Ability to comprehend routes, schedules, and instructions accurately.
- Good communication and customer service capabilities.
- Secondary education certificate or equivalent preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and overtime.
- Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, responsibility, and a safety-first mindset.
