Position Overview

Join Data#3 as the National Practice Manager for Networking, a crucial leadership role driving the strategy and expansion of our nationwide Networking Practice across Australia. Our mission is focused on empowering customer success through innovative networking solutions and outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategic plans for the Networking Practice to foster growth and market presence.
  • Stimulate advancement in networking services, solutions, and vendor-supported offerings.
  • Establish and nurture enduring partnerships with key clients and strategic vendor organizations.
  • Lead market engagement efforts to enable sales teams to effectively promote networking technologies.
  • Identify and leverage emerging technological trends to enhance and diversify the practice’s portfolio.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, profitability, and track performance indicators diligently.
  • Guide, support, and develop networking specialists, cultivating a collaborative and high-achieving team environment.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, service delivery, vendor management, and executive leadership to optimize business results.

Candidate Profile

  • Seasoned technology leader with robust expertise in advanced networking solutions and related technologies.
  • Comprehensive experience in technical sales, solution development, or managing practices within the networking domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, customer value propositions, and insight into emerging innovations affecting systems integration and managed services.
  • Proven track record in establishing strategic vendor alliances promoting mutual and profitable growth.
  • Strong commercial skills encompassing revenue management, business strategy, forecasting, and profitability oversight.
  • Exceptional abilities in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence.
  • Strategically minded while oriented towards practical execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
