Role Summary
This role entails joining Data#3's high-performing Microsoft practice, supported by a robust pipeline of opportunities and a national team. The Microsoft Pre-Sales Solution Architect will leverage their technical proficiency in End User Compute (EUC) to provide local leadership, positively impacting customer outcomes and facilitating team success across New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities, design solutions, and assist customers through the pre-sales journey.
- Lead pre-sales activities focused on Microsoft EUC technologies, including Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Entra ID.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and responses to solution requests for customers.
- Work in partnership with delivery teams and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day pre-sales operations and coordinate resource allocation within NSW.
- Participate in sales cadence events such as deal reviews, pipeline discussions, and qualification sessions.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders to maximize satisfaction and drive success.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive Microsoft pre-sales experience with significant expertise in EUC and Identity management.
- Demonstrated ability to empower sales teams and secure complex deals.
- Experience designing solutions involving Intune, AVD, Entra ID, and other Microsoft ecosystem components; familiarity with Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) is advantageous.
- Proven success in opportunity evaluation, qualification, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, business-oriented value propositions.
- Confidence operating at senior levels and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
