Senior Full-Stack Developer, Senior Flutter Developer & UI/UX Designer - FinTech

About the Roles

We are seeking talented professionals for three key roles to join our team developing a FinTech investment and funding platform based in Chennai. The openings consist of a Senior Full-Stack Developer, a Senior Flutter Developer, and a UI/UX Designer, each with distinct responsibilities contributing to building a cutting-edge financial technology product.

Senior Full-Stack Developer Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Develop user onboarding features including registration, authentication, KYC checks, and role-based access control.
• Build modules related to investments, funding, transactions and portfolio management.
• Maintain financial transaction ledgers with proper validation, reconciliation and audit support.
• Integrate with payment gateways, KYC providers, banking APIs and other third-party services.
• Create and manage the Admin Portal and web dashboards.
• Design and manage database schemas and architectures.
• Ensure secure API architecture and data protection.
• Deploy and maintain services on cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and the Flutter developer to ensure system coherence.
• Handle production issue troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Senior Flutter Developer Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.
• Construct mobile workflows for investors, businesses/borrowers, and admin users.
• Integrate REST APIs along with KYC, payment services and push notification systems.
• Ensure secure login including OTP authentication and biometric security where applicable.
• Manage portfolio features, returns tracking, transaction history and notifications within the app.
• Create secure document upload and storage functionalities.
• Work directly with QA to test and deploy app releases on Google Play and Apple App stores.

UI/UX Designer Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and professional web and mobile interface designs aligned with FinTech standards.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design interfaces for investor, business/fund-seeker and admin dashboards.
• Develop specialized screens for KYC, investment, funding, payment, and transaction processes.
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency during implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience (for the Developer roles).
• Proven experience in software development or design as per role requirements.
• Node.js/NestJS, Java/Spring Boot or .NET experience for Full-Stack Developer; Flutter and Dart proficiency for Flutter Developer.
• Strong grasp of REST API development and integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
• Database management skills with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Authentication, authorization and secure application development knowledge.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and container technologies like Docker (advantageous for developers).
• Flutter developer should be adept with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod or Bloc and Firebase services.
• UI/UX Designer must be skilled in Figma, design systems, prototyping and user experience principles.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Experience in FinTech, banking, lending, payment platforms or investment domains.
• Handling financial transactions with reconciliation experience.
• Integration experience with KYC, payment or banking APIs.
• Knowledge of OWASP standards and security best practices.
• Biometric authentication familiarity for Flutter Developers.

Important Notes

The Senior Full-Stack and Flutter Developers must be hands-on, able to own the technical architecture and independently deliver functional products with minimal supervision. The UI/UX Designer role can be freelance or full-time, focusing on designing trustworthy and user-friendly financial product interfaces.

Compensation

Monthly salary for these positions ranges from 20000 to 149999 INR.
