Job Overview
The Lead serves as the key product authority within the store, responsible for imparting product knowledge and trend insights to both associates and management. This role supports customer service excellence and aids in the training and growth of store personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of products alongside mastery of store operations and policies.
- Maintain awareness of inventory levels and market trends relevant to the store.
- Manage the daily merchandising activities effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of weekly incoming shipments.
- Collaborate with managers to train and develop store associates.
- Design and implement merchandising features as directed by management.
- Upkeep store standards in line with company guidelines.
- Promote company initiatives during customer interactions consistently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
- Supervise cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas including dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and general facility upkeep.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in customer service roles.

- Proficiency with computers and operation of cash registers.
Physical and Environmental Demands
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged durations.
- Capability to use hands and arms for repetitive tasks such as keyboarding and phone operation.
- Strength to lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Effective communication through speech, sight, and hearing, possibly with assistive devices.
- Physical agility including standing, walking, climbing, bending, stooping, and crouching as part of daily duties.
