Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The role focuses on recruiting advisers, generating sales through them, and leading a team to consistently meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire and onboard sales advisers to expand business coverage.
- Drive business growth by leveraging the efforts of the adviser team.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the team of advisers to surpass sales goals.
- Offer continuous training and support to enhance the team's performance.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Must hold a graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Age range should be between 21 and 42 years.
