Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer skilled in enterprise JVM technologies who is passionate about tackling intricate engineering problems that lie at the crossroads of production systems, developer tooling, and intelligent AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and lead new product features.
- Create tooling and automation focused on AI-enhanced engineering workflows.
- Handle enterprise-level integrations and support deployment across Kubernetes and various cloud platforms.
- Enhance system reliability, security, performance, and implement thorough testing practices for production readiness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Significant experience with Java, Kotlin, and JVM-based systems.
- Background in enterprise backend software, infrastructure, or developer tools development.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud deployment contexts.
- Proactive ownership mentality with clear communication skills and the ability to drive progress without fully detailed specifications.
- Excited by leveraging AI in software development complemented by rigorous engineering validation.
Additional Advantageous Qualifications
- Experience with debugging, instrumentation, and observability tools.
- Knowledge of .NET or Python backend technologies.
- A strong commitment to improving developer productivity and maintaining high engineering quality.
