About the Role
Join Alstom as a full-time Fleet/Asset Maintenance Planner for the Riyadh Transit System in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Alstom leads the global transport sector with a diverse portfolio including high-speed trains, metros, signalling, and digital mobility, contributing to greener and smarter transit networks worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively the handover and handback of trains between operation and maintenance teams, ensuring smooth transitions with proper documentation and clear communication.
- Produce and maintain precise Daily Fleet Availability Reports to monitor fleet status.
- Support service requests and ensure work orders are compliant and linked to approved documentation.
- Foster coordination among maintenance and operations teams to enable efficient train allocation and utilization.
- Assist in maintenance execution activities aimed at enhancing fleet reliability and availability.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to reduce delays and minimize operational disruptions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience or familiarity with fleet planning, maintenance coordination, or asset management is preferred.
- Understanding of operational procedures and compliance within transit systems.
- Proficiency with data management systems and reporting tools.
- Certifications in project or asset management are advantageous.
- Strong organizational capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
