Overview
We are looking for a User Interface/User Experience Designer to craft user-friendly, intuitive experiences for a critical enterprise operations platform. The ideal candidate excels at simplifying intricate workflows and developing innovative solutions within a collaborative setting.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in UI/UX design supported by a portfolio of digital product designs.
- Proven capability to convert complex processes into straightforward, accessible interfaces.
- Strong graphic design abilities using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UX principles for both web and mobile applications.
- User-focused, research-based design and problem solving approach.
- Attention to detail, with experience in building design systems and scalable user interfaces.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience with motion graphics and micro-interaction design.
- Background designing for enterprise platforms or handling complex workflows is favorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive UI/UX designs for web-based enterprise applications and internal tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to produce user-centered solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and innovative design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experience.
- Work in partnership with developers to ensure faithful design implementation.
- Analyze user feedback and usage patterns to enhance platform accessibility and ease of use.
- Participate actively in design reviews, brainstorming, and team collaborations.
