Job Overview
Seeking a Kitchen Helper to join the team at Timezone located in R City Mall, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. The role involves supporting kitchen operations with food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards. Suitable for individuals with a minimum education of 10th or 12th pass; freshers welcome. Prior experience in kitchens or food and beverage sectors is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist kitchen staff with daily preparation of food items.
- Wash, cut, clean, and arrange ingredients as directed.
- Ensure the kitchen and workstations remain clean and hygienic.
- Support chefs and cooks during cooking and food service processes.
- Store food products and kitchen materials appropriately.
- Clean and upkeep kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Comply with established food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Provide assistance during peak hours to guarantee efficient kitchen workflow.
Eligibility
Candidates with 10th or 12th-grade education are eligible. Freshers can apply. Experience in kitchen or food and beverage operations will be considered a plus. Applicants should exhibit good personal hygiene and maintain a positive mindset. Ability to work rotational shifts is required.
