• Supervise staff attendance, grooming standards, and overall performance.
• Ensure the play area adheres to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Liaise with parents to foster a welcoming and positive customer experience.
• Prepare daily operational reports, handle basic paperwork, and manage routine administrative tasks.
• Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
