Role Overview
As a Store Director, you will naturally identify and address challenges, bringing a well-organized, strategic, and collaborative mindset to maximize outstanding results with your team. You will hold accountability for meeting sales and service objectives while maintaining best practices and spotting improvement opportunities for store operations, all to deliver top-tier experiences to both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a professional store team to meet company targets and steadily enhance personal performance goals.
- Work alongside training departments to cultivate a team that exemplifies excellence.
- Set clear weekly and monthly goals for your team.
- Ensure all team members present themselves professionally in line with company standards and deliver exceptional customer service aimed at maximizing sales and providing highly personalized customer experiences.
- Recruit skilled professionals, continuously elevating team quality by networking within the market to find top talent.
- Manage store profit and loss statements along with budget controls covering salaries, expenses, and inventory.
- Oversee merchandise presentation, ensuring displays are visually appealing per brand guidelines.
- Maintain store operations and standards in full alignment with company expectations.
- Coordinate with store support units to optimally leverage company resources.
- Partner with Human Resources to enforce company policies, procedures, and support staff development plans at the store level.
Candidate Profile
- Proven excellence in customer service and client engagement.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing a high-traffic store with a team of over 50 employees, or handling operations of multiple locations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with talent in coaching and motivating teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
