Mechanical Engineer - Project Call Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to serve as a Project Call Coordinator based in Ahmedabad. This role is pivotal in managing inspection planning, facilitating call coordination, and maintaining clear communication among clients, inspection teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily inspection calls for projects spanning various locations.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to plan inspection activities effectively.
• Monitor inspection progress and ensure inspections occur on schedule.
• Create and maintain management information systems (MIS), trackers, and reports primarily using MS Excel.
• Assist in project documentation, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring compliance with required standards.
• Promote efficient communication channels to support seamless project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresher or up to one year of experience in project coordination, inspection coordination, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), or engineering services.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel skills related to MIS, trackers, and reporting.
• Able to handle multiple inspection activities in a fast-paced environment.

Preference is given to candidates residing locally in Ahmedabad.
