About the Role
The Project Coordinator will oversee the progress of projects using designated project management tools and maintain communication with essential stakeholders to clarify project goals and needs. They will work with project teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project execution via specialized project management software.
- Engage with key stakeholders to outline project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve challenges.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers to maintain price competitiveness.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities among project personnel as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate project team performance, offering constructive feedback.
- Apply industry best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout project implementation.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards before client submission.
Requirements
- Must hold at least a diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, or Built Environment.
- Willingness to work a 5.5-day work week.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Technical expertise in telecommunications industry is advantageous.
