Job description
Role Overview
The team specializing in firmware applications is dedicated to supporting MediaTek's monitor initiatives on the scaler System on Chip (SoC) platform. This role involves direct collaboration with customers to facilitate the development and implementation of monitor-related functions and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to customers in the integration and deployment of monitor features and related applications.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues arising in customer projects through thorough debugging.
- Work jointly with clients during project lifecycle, including providing support on-site at customer locations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in the C programming language.
- Fundamental understanding of display technologies.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin to interface with customers and affiliates fluent in these languages.
- Preferred skills include good interpersonal communication and familiarity with VGA, DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB-C interfaces.
- Willingness and ability to work at customer premises located in Singapore.
Work Location
The position is based at One North, Singapore, involving on-site presence at customer facilities as required.
