• Bank Customer Churn Predictive Risk-Scoring System

  Developed an end-to-end binary-classification workflow on a 10,000-row banking dataset; compared five classifiers using 5-fold stratified cross-validation. Implemented threshold tuning, serialized ML pipelines, metric artifacts, and SHAP explanations; delivered a Streamlit dashboard for risk scoring, retention recommendations, and what-if simulation.

• Bharat Data Detective

  Built a data-forensics service that ingests CSV, TSV, XLSX, JSON, JSONL, and Parquet with encoding fallbacks, immutable raw storage, SHA-256 provenance, and FastAPI REST endpoints. Implemented data profiling, PII-pattern detection, Indian number/fiscal-year normalization, dataset comparability checks, semantic drift analysis, anomaly detection, and cross-source contradiction classification.

• DRONAv2: AI Learning and HR Analytics Platform

  Built a Django platform with role-based dashboards, PostgreSQL-backed course/progress models, and Gemini-powered MCQ generation from SOP PDFs/text with an offline rule-based fallback. Implemented QR-verifiable PDF certificates, scheduled reminders, security headers, rate limiting, PWA support, and 63 automated tests; configured GitHub Actions CI/CD and Railway deployment.

• AI Sales Executive Platform (ASEP)
  TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, Socket.io, MongoDB, Docker

  Co-developed a real-time pre-sales platform with structured conversational states and Socket.io events for notifications, typing indicators, and manual chat takeover. Designed Mongoose data models for leads, conversations, messages, proposals, and meetings; configured Docker Compose, GitHub Actions, and multi-environment deployment.
